Prayer

Lord, thank You for the invitation to return to You again and again. When my attention wanders and my days become crowded, help me find simple rhythms that bring me back to what matters. Teach me to make space for prayer, beauty, and reflection. Amen.

Verse of the Day

Reflection

A kitchen table can become a place of many things. It holds meals, homework, conversations, bills, projects, and the occasional mess that nobody quite knows how to clean up.

And sometimes, if we make room for it, the same table can become a place to return to ourselves and to God.

A cup of coffee. An open journal. A few minutes of quiet. A prayer scribbled between responsibilities.

We don't always need a dramatic retreat to reconnect with what matters. We may simply need a familiar place where we're allowed to stop, breathe, and begin again.

Faithful rhythms aren't about doing everything perfectly. They're about creating room to return.

Encouragement

Invitation

Choose one small practice you would like to return to this week: prayer, journaling, walking, reading, or creating. Make room for it once today.

Join us in creating meaningful rhythms.

What if creativity became less about producing something impressive and more about learning to pay attention? The Practice is a year-long creative journey built around writing, prayer, art, wonder, and faithful rhythms. It's an invitation to pull up a chair and rediscover the goodness of creating alongside God.
