Prayer
God,
Thank You for the gifts You have placed in my hands. Some are easy to recognize, and others feel so ordinary that I hardly think of them as gifts at all.
Help me stop comparing what I have to what someone else can offer. Teach me to be faithful with the kindness, wisdom, creativity, time, and resources available to me today.
Keep me from believing I must do more than I have the capacity to do. Show me where my offering is needed and give me the freedom to let someone else carry what belongs to them.
May what You have grown in me become a blessing to others, offered with humility and love.
Amen.
Verse of the Day
Reflection
It's easy to look at someone else's harvest and wonder whether we have enough to share. Their gifts seem more polished. Their words seem wiser. Their work reaches more people. Meanwhile, we look at what is in our own hands and decide it probably isn't much.
But God has never asked us to offer someone else's gifts.
Maybe you have a little wisdom from a season you've already walked through. Maybe you have an eye for beauty, a knack for making people feel welcome, or the ability to notice when someone is hurting. Perhaps you can make something with your hands, offer a listening ear, share a resource, or pray for someone who needs to know they aren't alone.
These things may not look extraordinary from the outside, but love rarely requires us to be extraordinary. It asks us to be willing.
And willingness doesn't mean ignoring our limits. You can offer what you have without emptying yourself to prove that you care. There is a difference between sharing your gifts faithfully and believing everything depends on you.
Look at what God has placed in your hands. There may already be enough for the next small offering.

Invitation
What do you have in your hands today that could become a gift to someone else?
For the devoted woman- an artsy, life-giving women's 6" x 9" notebook journal with 120 blank lined pages, a poem on being, and a personal encouraging letter from the artist and author. Available on Amazon.
In this book, Rachel Ann Dittmer invites you into her personal journey of longing, faith, and the deep cries of a soul seeking connection with God. Spanning 25 years, this collection of poems reflects the raw and unpolished moments of her life—from the pain of feeling lost and stuck to the joy of gratitude.
Growing up, one of Rachel’s favorite things to do was read the perfect lyrics that she could relate to. Finding the right words to put a name to her thoughts and voice her feelings made her feel a bit less alone, and seeking out truth in light of her circumstances helped her stay grounded. It is her hope that these poems do the same for you.
Whether you’re wrestling with doubt, longing for purpose, or searching for a sense of belonging, may you find comfort in knowing you’re not alone on your journey. May these pages be a friend that meets you where you’re at and walks alongside you, draws you closer to both God and yourself, and echoes your ache and longing to know and be known by a God who sees you fully and loves you deeply.
