Prayer
God,
Thank You for the things You have placed in my hands.
Help me recognize what I have to offer without comparing it to what someone else carries. Show me where my gifts, my experiences, my creativity, and even the hard things I've walked through might become a source of encouragement to someone else.
Keep me from believing I have to wait until I have more before I can give. Teach me to offer what I have with humility, generosity, and open hands.
Amen.

Reflection
One of the things I love about harvest is that it isn't only about gathering something for ourselves.
There is food to share. Seeds to save. Tables to set. People to invite in.
What has grown becomes something we can offer.
And I think that can be true of our lives, too.
Maybe you have learned something through a difficult season that could encourage someone who is walking through it now.
Maybe you've developed a skill you could use to help a neighbor.
Maybe you have a story that would remind someone they're not alone.
Maybe you make beautiful things. Maybe you make a home where people feel welcome. Maybe you know how to listen when someone needs to talk.
We don't all have the same gifts, and we don't all have the same capacity in every season.
You don't need to give everything away. You don't need to turn every experience into a lesson or every gift into an obligation.
But it is worth asking what God has placed in your hands that might be a blessing to someone else.
Sometimes the fruit of a season becomes nourishment for another person.
And sometimes the very thing you nearly dismissed as ordinary is exactly what someone else needs.

Think of one thing you have to give in this season.
It might be your time, a skill, a story, a meal, a prayer, or a little encouragement.
Who might be blessed by it?
If someone comes to mind, take one small step toward them today.
